Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP aged to offer you the variety you are looking for

Our Aceto Balsamico di Modena is bottled according to different levels of aging to offer you a wide range of products with different quality and taste. Depending on the level of aging in fact, the vinegar is different for aroma, density and taste.

We can also offer you the Traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena DOP (Protected Designation of Origin). The production disciplinary provides for two different products:

  • Refined: aged for at least 12 years (identified by white caps).
  • Exrta Old: aged for at least 25 years (identified by golden caps).

This product is packed only in 3.38fl oz bottles.

Its unique scent, its dark color and its dense consistency are the ideal characteristics to season salads, meats, fish, and give a refined and particular taste to the dishes. It is also used to flavor strawberries, peaches and tropical fruits.
