But how are your products physically treated? Aren’t you curious? In Agritalia we want to give you all the information you need for an informed choice.
Collection of the products you have ordered – You can order different products regardless of where they’re produced. We have partnership agreements with different logistics platforms where we bring all the goods and load them together.
Loading of the container or truck – Our logistics experts instruct the people in charge of the loading on how the goods must be placed on the truck / container. We assist the loading to make sure that the instructions are correctly followed. We take pictures of the loading right before the container doors are closed, in order to show you how the assortment will appear once you receive the order.
Control at departure – To guarantee the security of the truck / container during the transportation, we use seals and padlocks to avoid fraudulent openings. Such operation is documented and the seals numbers are indicated on the transport documents.
Control at arrival – Once the truck / container is delivered, it is opened in front of your own referent who verifies that the seals number match the ones indicated on the documentation, and that the goods were not damaged nor stolen. For this your referent can compare the picture of the loading we sent you with what he sees as soon as he opens the container doors.
Other controls – The whole transport documentation of every single truck / container is available online in our customer area to give you as much details as possible. Moreover you can check in real time where your merchandise is thanks to our online tracking system.
What if something goes wrong? – Our controls guarantee that the merchandise is delivered to you in perfect condition. Although, in case any problem occurs (product stolen or damaged, shortages or overages, etc) immediately let us know and we will start all the activities required to minimize the inconvenience caused.
